‘transforming lives through architecture’
Who we are? We’re a female-led group of talented architects. Our founder is UK trained at University of Bath and finished at University of Strathclyde. Her first jobs were with major London Commercial practices TP Bennett, Rolfe Judd and Whinney Mackay Lewis. Later She was head hunted by Mobil Oil to design and manage the interior fit out for their Lagos Headquarters building.
What we do? We design and build “SMART” Buildings and we’d like to work with you to shape your environment to suit you, whether it’s to create safe secure spaces for a single house or a community project, we’re here to help you determine what you really want?
Why we are special? Because we’ll help you unlock hidden resources available to you to fund your project. Because we’ll help you establish a brief plus options you didn’t know were there. Because we’re a safe pair of hands and you can leave everything to us to plan and get things going.
Why use us? . You can recover lost time by letting us manage your project. You can relax knowing you’ll be getting the property solution you want. We’ll ensure that we optimise sequencing of the project process so that you only spend what’s required and no more. We’ll save you the headache of communicating with authorities. We’ll ensure that all risks are mitigated by appropriate solutions.
We are building a practice to bring more equality to the profession, and our projects employ those talented and underrepresented groups across all aspects of the supply chain. Our collaborations make our team grow and makes us more constructive and sympathetic to your needs. Our sector experience is in the design and construction of Leisure/Community buildings, Commercial Offices, Residential, Mixed-use Developments, Education and Government Institutions.
The COVID19 pandemic has proven how important our lived experience is to our health and well-being during lockdown/ quarantine. Our growing team truly believes in our ethos and the power architecture has, not only to shape the built environment but also our communities whether in UK, Nigeria, the rest of Africa and other parts of the world.

MASS LOW COST HOUSING SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL VILLAGES
With a housing deficit of 25 million, our execution of mass low cost housing in Nigeria, has been a mission we’ve wanted to achieve since 2018 and we’re on our way to that goal becoming a reality. Nigeria must build 1 million homes a year to meet this deficit over the next 30 years.
These projects will improve the quality of life for all Nigerians, as well as create new industries and jobs throughout. Taking advantage of solar power, renewable energy and harvesting of rainwater, will ensure that we provide these sustainable services cheaply and efficiently.
This our global low-cost housing solution for 500,000 family units in 5 years, will have committed Nigerians involved with the development process from grassroots level upwards. It will deliver the much-needed homes, ancillary services and infrastructure for each village.
We’ll commence with a feasibility study and pilot village (500 homes) to ensure local compatibility of building skills and systems, as well as foster greater social awareness and care between citizens. Lanre Fisher holdings Limited UK and it’s Nigerian subsidiary Abulé Low Cost Housing Limited have been specially set up to help us deliver these villages.
THE "C" PROJECT
CELEBRATING WOMEN AND MINORITIES
United Kingdom
The 'C' Project is a concept to create a landmark structure designed and built entirely by women. To celebrate and showcase diversity in all its forms and their capabilities in the UK construction industry at all levels of the supply chain.
The COVID19 Pandemic has proven how important our lived experience is to our health and well being during lockdown/ quarantine. It has also shown that lower income communities have been disproportionately affected with higher death rates: These communities live in overcrowded, poorly designed properties which have fostered the spread of the disease. Social distancing is simply not possible. They are predominantly occupied by black and ethnic minorities who are the frontline key workers. This has to change.
The ‘C’ Project has to say -
We are here!
We are relevant!
We are different!
We matter!

“It suddenly came to me to write this book about how to cope when you first arrive in Nigeria. Having been abroad myself for the past 30 years; readjusting to the Nigerian environment was very perplexing, and I thought it must be even more so for foreigners.
Hopefully this book will help to dispel any confusion in communicating locally and make your stay a vibrant, enlightening and enjoyable experience.”

- Annette Fisher
Let’s Build is a televised forum discussing how we can revitalise the UK construction industry through diverse and inclusive practice. Since the Pandemic in 2020 it has moved online with Let’sBuild: Let’s Talk online series.
With sponsorship from RIBA, Yanga TV and Places for People, Let’s Build aims to raise the profile of women and underrepresented architects and encourage potential clients to aspire for inclusive practice, benefiting from the 35% added value brought by diversity in design. We want to create a movement that celebrates women and underrepresented architects, their work and their achievements.
