CHRIS PHILLIPS

Chris has over five decades of Real Estate, Fund Management and Corporate Finance experience. Since 2010, he has served as Chairman of Places for People, one of the UK's largest property management, development, regeneration, and leisure companies. In this role, Chris oversees gross assets of £4.9 billion of assets and over 11,600 employees.

He is currently Chairman of London & Newcastle, Bayham Investments Limited, Market Asset Management and Shetland Space Centre. Chris is also Chairman of SOHO a £400 million REIT on the main list of LSE. During his career Chris has been at the helm of several successful residential property, retirement care, infrastructure, agriculture and environmental technology companies and both listed and private companies in London, Europe and the US and has advised clients on a number of financial transactions in Asia. Chris is also a seed investor in a number of small to medium sized enterprises.
