UNILEVER: OFFICE REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION

DESCRIPTION: Bid to refurbish Unilever offices and provide accessibility at all 3 floors of the offices. Decanting would be required between offices so that production can continue on this factory site during construction works. All information and data services required upgrading to allow for greater efficiencies between departments. Lifts required externally to access all floors. Our proposal was to enclose the courtyard between the building as a work/decanting space during construction works and then to permanently extend the offices into this outside space.
