DESCRIPTION: A completely new contemporary design to give a facelift to an existing 1960's building in Victoria Island. New imported fire rated cladding panels from Germany used to re-clad the walls on 3 sides; an additional new glazed walkway to improve access to the premises and lift the ground floor proportions of the building for a loftier contemporary look. The rear facade and surrounding fences were painted to match.
